Stage 3 lockdown

This week sees a tightening of restrictions in regional Victoria and therefore some changes to the way we are delivering health care at Phillip Island Health. We will still be open to see patients face to face if needed but prefer to see patients via telehealth whenever possible. We can once again see new patients via telehealth and all consultations will continue to be bulkbilled.

Of course if you have cold or flu like symptoms (fever, sore throat, runny nose, chills, headaches, loss of sense of smell) please go get tested for COVID and stay at home. If you need advice you can make a telehealth appointment via our website www.phillipislandhealth.com.au or by using the Hotdoc app or via the facebook booking button.

If you do need to come in to see us in the clinic please wear your mask and sanitise your hands as you enter. You are asked to wait in your car or outside and we will call you in for your appointment.

Dr Carol will still be offering laser acupuncture consultations however if you are elderly or have chronic health issues we suggest it might be best to wait until restrictions ease before coming in.

Stay safe
